Access Aware on-line database
Access Aware is a comprehensive online database of accessible businesses and community facilities that promotes participation in community life for a range of people who experience access difficulties. Council is working in partnership with IDEAS NSW (Information on Disability & Education Awareness Services) to develop the Access Aware program locally.
The directory listings provide information to help you plan your day and visit to a range of Council and community facilities. It provides information on environmental access as well as facilities, parking and toilets relevant to each facility or business. Proximity to local public toilets and parking is also available. As the program develops more facilities will be included.
