Delivery Program and Operational Plan

The Delivery Program for 2011-2015 (version 2) and Operational Plan and Budget for 2012-2013 have been adopted by Council and came into effect on 1 July 2012.

  • Delivery Program 2011-2015 (version 2) (PDF)
    Outlines how Council will work over the next four years to achieve the community goals and priorities identified in the Community Strategic Plan. The Delivery Program establishes the overall operating framework for all Council activities and is the core planning document to guide Council's policies and programs. It ensures that all of Council’s services and programs remain focussed on delivering the agreed long term outcomes for Marrickville.
     
  • Operational Plan and Budget 2012-2013 (PDF)
    Supporting the Delivery Program is a separate annual Operational Plan, which details the individual projects and activities that will be undertaken each year to implement the Delivery Program. It directly addresses each of the actions outlined in the Delivery Program, and expands on these by identifying the specific services and projects Council will provide during the current financial year.
     
  • Pricing Policy and Fees and Charges 2012-2013 (PDF)
    Provides a complete listing of Council's fees and charges, as well as information on the basis for pricing.

Resourcing Strategy

The Resourcing Strategy identifies how Council's resources — financial, workforce and asset management — will be used to achieve the goals set in the Community Strategic Plan.

The Resourcing Strategy includes three key elements:

1. Workforce Plan (PDF)

2. Long-term Financial Plan (PDF)

3. Asset Management Policy (PDF), Asset Management Strategy (PDF) and Asset Management Plans for the following asset types:
