Pay Childcare Fees

The payment option methods available for the payment of childcare fees are as follows:

• Postbillpay (Australia Post) - this service allows you to pay your fees via credit card online or over the telephone;
• BPay (through your own bank by telephone, internet) - by cheque, savings and credit cards accounts; and
• In person (at any post office) - through your cheque or savings account or cash payment.

Families cannot make payments by cash or cheque at a childcare service. However, families wanting to pay childcare fees using cash or cheque payments can do so over the counter at any Australia Post outlet.
