Cheques were presented to the successful applicants during Anti-Poverty Week in October 2009. Council Community Grants ProgramMarrickville Council's Community Grants Program provides financial support to non-profit, community based organisations for new projects that benefit residents of the Marrickville Local Government Area. More informationInformation sessions for prospective applicants will be held on Wednesday 20 May from 1-2pm and 6-7pm in the Amenities Room, Petersham Town Hall, 107 Crystal Street, Petersham. The information session will provide an opportunity for groups to discuss ideas for funding with Council officers and ask questions about completing the application forms.
