Council has prepared an Accessible Public Transport Information Kit to explain the issues and priorities about accessible transport in the local area. The kit provides information on the extent to which people are affected by limited accessible transport in our area, and the broader social and economic effects on our community. The information will be of use to stakeholders who may want to advocate for improvements to local accessible transport, as well as to assist government officers planning to achieve their own accessible transport priorities.
In addition to the kit, a series of separate fact sheets are provided below that can be used individually, or as a complete package. The fact sheets summarise the main issues with regards to accessible transport services in Marrickville including access to railway stations and the accessibility of selected bus routes. Specific local area fact sheets are also available that identify the key accessible transport issues for the Petersham, Marrickville and St Peters areas.
You can download the kit and a copy of the current fact sheets below.
