Marrickville Library & History Services holds collections in Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Arabic. These collections include books, DVDs, CDs, magazines and newspapers. We regularly hold information events covering a wide area of subjects including: legal, tax, lifestyle and health. Events are held in English and CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) languages for accessibility.

Tech Savvy Seniors Training Classes

These classes will teach local seniors how to use a computer, the Internet and social media. The four sessions will show how to stay connected to family, friends and the community.

IELTS workshops at the library

These free IELTS workshops will focus on the technical strategies of both the General and Academic IELTS including listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. The seven workshops will be presented by IELTS experts.

  • Saturday 7, 14, 21, 28 May and 4, 11 and 18 June, 10am-12pm
