About the LibraryNotice: Catalogue Changes 2009Marrickville Library has formed a partnership with Ashfield, Burwood and Kogarah City Libraries and the Swift Library Consortium to deliver new services via its catalogue. The first stage in this process is the upgrading of our catalogue and you may notice some changes. Ashfield, Burwood & Kogarah City Library Collections are now included in the catalogue. On the catalogue's Search screen you will notice that the Library drop-down includes these libraries. You can search these libraries collections using this drop down. Choosing the ALL option will include all collections including Marrickville. Please note that as a Marrickville Library member you cannot currently Place Hold on any item held at Ashfield, Burwood or Kogarah City Libraries. The full introduction of this service is planned for 2010.
These services include a variety of events, activities and initaitives for adults, young people and children including storytime, online tutoring, book clubs, internet courses, HSC lectures, school holiday activities, a home library service, computer and internet access and much more.

All you need is an internet connection and a library card.
