Archives Fees and Charges

There is no fee for researchers who visit the Archives in person.

For inquiries requiring less that 15 minutes research such as locating the name of a house there is no fee. Other enquiries, which require more time to research will incur a fee of $110.00 (GST inc) per hour.

The commercial rate for a lengthy inquiry where the material may be needed for a court case or some other commercial purpose is $110.00 (GST inc) per hour.

House History Request

Council can search its Archives for information about a particular property in the local area. The cost for a House History report cost is $110 (GST inc). Download the House History Request Form and send to Council.
