Rates Payment Due Dates

Rates are payable by 31 August, alternatively payment can be made by quarterly instalments, due on:

• 1st instalment - 31 August (first quarter of the rating year)
• 2nd instalment - 30 November (second quarter of the rating year)
• 3rd instalment - 28 February (third quarter of the rating year)
• 4th instalment - 31 May (final quarter of the rating year).

Reminder Instalment notices are sent to the property owner 30 days prior to the due date of each instalment.
