Pay Rates Online

As well as the other payment options listed on the rates notice, citizens have the option of paying their rates online through Australia Post's Postbillpay service.

You will first need to register as a user. Once you have registered you will also be able to make payments to other organisations. Have your credit card details and your rates notice available. Postbillpay accepts Mastercard, Visa or American Express.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RATE NOTICES

The 'Postbillpay' code shown in the top right hand block of 'Payment Options' itemises the Billpay Code as 2272; this is incorrect.
 
The code has not changed from previous notices and therefore is still 'Billpay Code: 2072'; the Commonwealth Bank payment slip will have the correct code itemised next to the POSTbillpay logo.
