How does target sustainability @ marrickville work? For each sustainability target area there are 10 reduction targets. For example, target 1 is a 10% reduction on a business's current volumes, target 2 is 20%, target 3 is 30% and so on, with target 10 being a 100% reduction. Achievement of target 10 for each of the three sustainability areas would mean that a business has zero carbon emissions from energy, zero water imported from outside the catchment, and zero waste going to landfill.
